Terms and Conditions for TRUE BLUE DISTRIBUTION, INC.
Last Updated: October 2023
By engaging with our transportation and logistics ecosystem, you’re agreeing to the detailed protocols we’ve established to ensure every shipment arrives safely. Ever wondered why logistics requires such precise documentation? It’s about protecting both your cargo and the transit network.
1. Liability Limitations
TRUE BLUE DISTRIBUTION, INC. operates as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. We’re not merely moving boxes; we’re managing complex variables. Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to industry-standard SDR (Special Drawing Rights) values unless a higher value is declared and insured prior to transit. We don't cover indirect or consequential losses—that’s just the reality of high-volume transit.
2. Warehousing & Storage
Stored goods at our Rocky Ford facility or partner hubs incur daily fees. If a client fails to collect freight within the agreed 30-day window, TRUE BLUE DISTRIBUTION, INC. reserves a lien on the cargo to cover arrears. Don’t let your inventory sit idle; efficient transit is our shared goal.
3. Operational Protocols
Shipping routes are optimized based on live traffic, weather data, and custom clearance efficiency. While we aim for "Zero Delay" metrics, we won't bypass safety regulations or mandatory driver rest periods mandated by transport laws. Safety first. Always.
"We believe transparency in legal terms is the bedrock of a long-term logistics partnership. If you have questions about specific forwarding clauses, our compliance team is ready to talk." — The TRUE BLUE DISTRIBUTION, INC. Legal Desk
